hi all! considering picking up a budget graphics card (RTX 4060 8GB). is 8GB VRAM still fine for SDXL with ComfyUI or Forge, or is it gonna crash with out of memory errors when using LoRAs & ControlNet? appreciate any advice 🙏

8GB is fine if you run with --lowvram or --medvram flags in ComfyUI and use FP8 quantized checkpoints. but once you layer ControlNet + IP-Adapter + 2 LoRAs, performance will drop to like 15-20 secs per step. if you can stretch your budget for a 12GB 3060/4070 or 16GB 4060 Ti, it's a night and day difference.

thanks Mark! good point on ControlNet. I think I'll look into the 16GB 4060 Ti just to stay safe.
