hey community, quick privacy question for client work. if I upload client reference photos to Midjourney web interface or custom voice samples to ElevenLabs, do their terms of service allow them to use those uploads to train public models? couldn't find a clear answer in their privacy doc.

for Midjourney, unless you have a Pro/Mega plan with Stealth Mode enabled (/stealth), all generated images and prompts are technically public on their gallery. for ElevenLabs, private voice clones are not used for public base model training, but enterprise plans give strict zero-data-retention guarantees if you're dealing with strict NDA content.
